The primary drop off site for the Washington County Recycling Association is located on the east side of Blair at the corner of 3rd and Colfax. The main access is from Grant Street just south and east of Family Fare grocery store. The Center is open to the public every Saturday between 8am and noon.
The center is open to business on Tuesdays from 8am to 11am April – October and 1pm to 4pm November through March.
The center also supports remote collection areas throughout the county. Materials are collected at these locations and then transported to the Center.
Kennard – 1st Saturday of even months from 9am to 11am
Immanuel School in the Country – 1st Saturday of odd months
Eagle View Subdivision on Highway 133 – 2nd Saturday of each month
